Some very special guests are arriving next month... DINOSAURS! Your Jr. Scientist will get to learn about fossils by completing a Dino Dig, building Archaeologist Tools, and more! Let's explore some of the activities.
Types of Fossils
Did you know there are many different types of fossils? We'll be exploring some of them and making some of our own with this challenge! Your Jr. Scientist will have tons of fun fossilizing some dinos and learning the shapes that they make.
Dino Dig This activity is set and stone...and then dug up again! We're fossilizing our dinosaurs and excavating them just like a Paleontologist. Bonus points if you are able to do this activity with the tools from the Tool Challenge!
Archaeologist Tool Challenge Archaeologists use a variety of tools to uncover incredible artifacts from our history. We're going to build some in this STEM kit! Your child will get to use their creativity, fine motor skills, and problem-solving skills to create some tools that will help us unbury the past!
Each of these hands-on experiments will have your child learning the second you open the box! Each box includes ALL the materials needed for 5 activities, worksheets, instructions, and a video lesson from a California credentialed teacher!
