GIGIL, LLC does not issue refunds for Elite Scientist STEM Kits or GIGIL STEM Kit Subscription Boxes. Elite Scientist STEM Kit purchases can be canceled before the item has shipped with a 15% restocking fee. GIGIL STEM Kit Monthly Subscriptions can be canceled before the billing date. Any cancelation requests received after the billing date will be honored the following month. No exceptions. 3-month, 4-month, 6-month, and 12-month subscriptions cannot be canceled before the stated term. Subscriptions will automatically end after the stated term and can be renewed upon request or by placing a new order. All cancelation requests can be done online or must be submitted to email@example.com before the scheduled billing date.
Returns are subject to the discretion of GIGIL, LLC. Returns requests should be emailed to firstname.lastname@example.org. GIGIL, LLC has the right to refuse return requests. Should the request be granted, all returns are subject to a 15% restocking fee. The customer is responsible for the postage cost and shipping the merchandise back to GIGIL, LLC. Returns should be received in the same condition they were sent out. GIGIL, LLC is not responsible for any lost merchandise during transit. The customer will receive a refund within 5-7 days of the returned merchandise being received. Returns should not be mailed to GIGIL, LLC without prior acceptance of the return request.
Shipping is charged at a flat rate of $5.99 per box. STEM Subscription boxes ship out by the 10th of every month. Elite Kits, one-time orders and the first box of your subscription will be shipped within 2-3 business days of your purchase. GIGIL uses USPS and UPS shipping carriers. Although we package each box carefully, sometimes damage may occur during shipping. Should you experience this, you may submit a replacement request within 3 days of receiving the box. You must submit your request along with a photo of the damaged items. If the outside of the box is also damaged, please include this in the photo so that we may submit an insurance claim with the shipping carriers. Submit any shipping issues and photos to email@example.com. We do not currently ship outside the United States. Due to COVID-19, some orders may arrive later than anticipated.
